• Gayle's Sweet 'N' Sassy BBQ Sauce
  • 2 pounds top round, sirloin or flank steak

Sassy Grilled Steaks


  • Place steak in shallow baking pan or plastic bag.
  • Pour Gayle's Barbecue Sauce over steak and turn steak to coat all sides. Refrigerate four to six hours.
  • Remove steak from pan and grill to desired doneness. Slice thinly on the diagonal.
